Hello, and welcome to the blog of Scott E. Brunengraber, The Poweful Chiropractor!
I am confident you will find insightful information on my blog and even if you take with you just a sliver of what is to come, you will find your life move in directions you never thought possible!
So, a bit about myself.
I am a Chiropractor in private practice located in Smithtown, New York. And before you ask, yes, it IS on Long Island.
My Purpose is to enable others to achieve levels of health previously thought unreachable, attain personal growth never thought attainable, and happiness in life beyond dreams.
In practice, I emphasize three core concepts in order for anyone to grow in a positive direction.
Feed the Physical
Nourish the Chemical
Soothe the Emotional
Everything we encounter in life causes some sort of 'stress' to ourselves. This would then be labeled a stressor. So, think of anything that we do in our daily life. No matter what activity, action, consequence, etc., they would all fit into one of the three categories: Physical, Chemical, and Emotional.
In order to achieve true health, wellness, is to minimize the negative stressors and multiply the positives, so that our bodies can then respond by achieving a balanced homeostasis; one that is in balance and harmony with our world.
This blog will be fun for all involved, namely me, the author, and you, the esteemed reader.
